Note: I just want to emphasize the importance of reading the transcribed version of this amazing course, there are a lot of energetic reasons why and one of the obvious reasons is that reading and listening are two different modalities therefore they affect the brain differently causing you to remember the information more and be able to apply it without even thinking so the more ways you were exposed to the information the more likely it becomes part of you so your experience knowingness,

perhaps an analogy will help clear up the image,

Let's say that you were walking and saw a beautiful car parked and said what a beautiful car I wonder which model it is and you saw right on the back it says Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S and it took off, you still don't "KNOW" and the proof that you don't KNOW it is you can see a picture of the car's interior and not KNOW for sure that its the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S, or you may even see a car that it's similar and think that it's Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S but in reality, it's a Mercedes-AMG but a different model that looks similar, now let's say that you managed to own that car for a year wouldn't you be able to recognize a picture of the car's interior, therefore, know the car better I guess your answer is yes, and the only reason you were were able to recognize the image is because you saw the car so many times and you saw the car from different angles

So the same way with this information I suggest you listen to it then read the text version listen to other people discussing it absorve and notice it being applied in normal life situations and movies...

and another reason why you may wanna read the text version is the resources while reading the when the author mentioned any of the following " fact, video, scientific study, tool, book, product, website " the words will be clickable thus taking you directly to the best and updated resources since the training was created a while ago.
